Rubio "Opposes" Trump: U.S. Will Not Expand Sanctions on Russia
U.S. Secretary of State Rubio stated on Sunday that the U.S. will not expand sanctions on Russia to avoid disrupting the peaceful resolution of the Ukraine conflict. Rubio also mentioned that Russia and Ukraine are generally closer to reaching a peace agreement than in the past three years, and a peace agreement between the two needs to be reached as soon as possible.
