Elastos Launches Public Beta of Arbiter Network for its Bitcoin Layer2 Network BeL2
On January 7th, Elastos, a blockchain network, announced the release of the public beta version of its Bitcoin Layer2 network, BeL2's Arbiter network. The Arbiter node provides time-based transaction supervision and decentralized dispute resolution functions, allowing Bitcoin to remain on the main network while using smart contracts on the EVM blockchain.
