Per latest details the project shared, more than 2 million users on the short-form video app have joined. The onboarding does not require an external wallet or gas fees.
Sonic will announce the airdrop snapshot soon.
As the L2 works towards building a TikTok Chain, its user expansion effort has included the unveiling of several game integrations. The SoniX app has in recent weeks added support for games such as Majong and Hunting Field.
Sonic SVM recently partnered with Injective , the layer-1 network for real-world assets, artificial intelligence and institutions, to launch a cross-chain AI agent platform. The smart hub is designed to link Sonic and Injective chains, with the new hub leveraging Sonic’s HyperGrid technology.
Integration will also leverage the Inter-Blockchain Communication Protocol to connect AI Agents on the SVM to Injective’s ecosystem.
