Cristiano Ronaldo and Binance team up to launch football skills collectibles
Binance and Cristiano Ronaldo introduce “ForeverSkills,” their fifth digital collectibles celebrating the football legend’s iconic skills.
The screen offers a glimpse into an athlete’s world, showcasing their talent and techniques to millions. But for those seeking a deeper connection, mere observation often feels lacking, unable to truly convey the love behind the sport.
Fans today want more than highlight reels; they aspire to participate, learn and earn recognition for themselves. When passive admiration no longer satisfies, the desire to move beyond the spectator’s role becomes irresistible.
The challenge lies in this: How to create an experience where fans don’t just admire but immerse themselves in the skills and essence of the sport and with Cristiano Ronaldo?
Ronaldo’s iconic moves coming onchain
A collaboration between global cryptocurrency exchange Binance and football superstar Cristiano Ronaldo aims to fill this gap with “ ForeverSkills ,” a set of digital collectibles celebrating seven of Cristiano’s signature moves.

Rather than confining supporters to watch from the sidelines, the ForeverSkills initiative encourages fans to showcase their own moves and share them online with the “Proof of Skills” challenge. Participants can record themselves attempting Cristiano’s signature football techniques on TikTok or Instagram, with the top 77 entries handpicked by Binance and Cristiano to receive a piece from Proof of Skill collection.
One Proof of Skill holder and another chosen among premium digital collectible owners will have a chance to attend an in-person masterclass with Cristiano Ronaldo himself.
The game-changing moves that define Ronaldo’s career
All holders, whether free or premium, can also gain access to skill tutorials, presented as video breakdowns by Cristiano Ronaldo. These tutorials demonstrate each of his seven signature moves in detail. Premium collectibles, priced at $77 with only 777 available, include all seven tutorials and a digital video masterclass.

Inspiring the next generation through skills
Sarah Dale, head of global partnerships at Binance, explains that giving fans the opportunity to showcase their skills alongside Cristiano Ronaldo online creates a unique connection between the digital and physical worlds:
“We are excited to allow his fans to participate in a skill challenge with him, learn the iconic skills that fans admire Cristiano for, while bringing them closer to him with exclusive access, content and merchandise.”
Cristiano Ronaldo himself describes these collectibles as a means of “elevating the fan experience” and bringing his legacy into a space that rewards action over observation. Rather than relying on highlight clips or secondhand analysis, supporters step forward, push their limits and gain a practical understanding of the techniques that define Cristiano’s career.
“This latest collection is all about skills, inviting the next generation of players and amateur footballers to take their skills to the next level while imparting my skills and sharing my legacy.”
Initiatives like ForeverSkills illustrate how blockchain-backed digital collectibles can encourage more meaningful fan participation and skill-building beyond traditional viewing experiences. By empowering supporters to engage and connect directly with their sports heroes, such efforts aim to reshape the relationship between athlete and audience into one defined by interaction, learning and shared achievement.
