President of The ETF Store: Invesco submits multi-share class structure application to the US SEC today
Nate Geraci, President of The ETF Store, posted on X that Invesco (the fourth largest ETF issuer) submitted applications for multiple share class structures to the US Securities and Exchange Commission today. Currently, nearly 40 fund companies are seeking this structure iteration, which could easily become the headline news for ETFs (as well as other spot cryptocurrency ETFs) in 2025.
