a scam involving "investment and financial management + doorstep cash exchange for U" has appeared in Wenshui County, Lvliang City, Shanxi. The suspects gained trust through Ponzi schemes and then offered to help find U merchants for "doorstep exchange" and arrange "drivers" to withdraw cash. Currently, the suspects have been taken into custody by the Wenshui County Public Security Bureau and the case is under further investigation. The police remind the public to report immediately if they encounter this combination of "investment and financial management + doorstep cash exchange for U".
