Fox reporter: Ripple plans to submit appeal documents for US SEC case, and its executives are confident of winning
Fox Business reporter Eleanor Terrett posted on X platform that today Ripple will submit its C form (civil appeal document), outlining its main demands for appeal in the second circuit court against the SEC's case. Given that we saw last week that the SEC appealed almost all of the regional court's losses, Ripple is expected to only appeal its sole loss: the regional court's ruling that its institutional sales of XRP tokens constituted sales of unregistered securities.
