Vitalik: PoW is also quite centralized. PoW is just a temporary phase before moving to PoS
According to Golden Finance, Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin said on social media that PoW is also quite centralized. It’s just not discussed much because everyone knows that this is just a temporary phase before switching to PoS. This does not include how we can avoid using application-specific integrated circuits (ASICs) because the upcoming PoS switch means there is no incentive to manufacture them.
