Ordinals founder: ord version 0.17.0 has been released, including the final implementation of runes
Casey, the founder of Ordinals, announced on Twitter that version 0.17.0 of ord has been released, which includes the final implementation of runes.
The main updates of the new version include:
· The introduction of hard-coded genesis rune UNCOMMON•GOODS.Etchings, which supports submission/revelation schemes and can be paused and resumed through the ord wallet resume command;
· ord wallet inscribe now only supports a single inscription, multiple inscriptions and engraved runes can be used with the ord wallet batch command;
· The API now returns the valid content type of the inscription, allowing for more coin casting control and information;
· Rune casting can now have start and end heights and supply restrictions;
· The wallet can generate multiple receiving addresses at once;
· It is now possible to navigate directly to inscriptions, runes, and output points by ID, as well as search for hashes in the explorer without a path.
