Arkon Energy Plans to Become First Bitcoin Mining Company to List on Euronext Through Merger with BM3EAC Corp.
Arkon Energy, a US-based data center infrastructure and mining company, is planning to list on Euronext Amsterdam through a merger with BM3EAC Corp. The two companies have agreed to a 90-day mutual exclusivity period to work towards a definitive agreement. If the merger goes through, Arkon would become the first bitcoin mining company to list on Euronext. The company currently has a combined 117 megawatts of approved operating capacity at its two Ohio data centers and has agreements in place to develop more sites in the US, potentially increasing its capacity by a further 190 MW.
