South Korea's request to extradite Do Kwon rejected by Montenegro court
An official notice on Wednesday showed that the Appeals Court of Montenegro rejected Terraform Labs founder Do Kwon's request to overturn the ruling approving his extradition to South Korea. Do Kwon's lawyer, Goran Rodic, said that the extradition has now been finalized (in the United States), and neither the United States nor Kwon can further appeal the decision. He added that there is currently no timetable for when he will be extradited.
