Greeks.live researcher: The market is still inclined to continue selling call options
Adam, a macro researcher at Greeks.live, pointed out on the X platform that hawkish statements from the Federal Reserve have put pressure on US stocks. Currently, the probability of the first interest rate cut in May is the highest, and the market will still face high interest rates for more than three months. The market is overly optimistic about liquidity.
In terms of encrypted options data, with the interest rate resolution landing smoothly, the IV of various major short-term limits has shown a slight rebound, and it can be foreseen that the date option IV this weekend will be less than 30%. The market is relatively weak, and although the current IV is low, the market still tends to continue to sell call options.
