ETF Store President: If the price is reasonable, the strategic acquisition of Grayscale is of great significance to traditional ETF issuers
Nate Geraci, the president of consulting firm ETF Store, said: "Assuming the price is reasonable, a strategic acquisition of companies like Grayscale by appropriate traditional ETF issuers would be significant. Although there are only two weeks left, the spot Bitcoin ETF track has become fiercely competitive, and considering the low expense ratio, it has clearly become a game of scale. Traditional ETF issuers can quickly increase their assets under management by acquiring local companies in the encrypted fund, obtain professional knowledge of business operations, and gain some 'encrypted reputation'."
