Do Kwon appeals Montenegrin court's extradition decision
On December 6th, Digital Asset reported that Do Kwon, co-founder of Terraform Labs, has appealed the extradition decision of the Podgorica High Court in Montenegro. The Montenegrin Court of Appeal must review the decision to extradite Do Kwon.
As the Montenegrin court decided on June 15th to detain and extradite Do Kwon until December 15th, it is expected that the Montenegrin Ministry of Justice will decide which country Do Kwon will ultimately be deported to before December 15th.
