Ankr partners with Matter Labs to launch Rollup as a Service on zkSync Hyperchains
On December 6, according to The Block, Web3 infrastructure provider Ankr has partnered with Matter Labs to launch Rollup as a Service (RaaS) support on zkSync Hyperchains built using ZK Stack. Matter Labs, the developer of zkSync, released ZK Stack in June to build Hyperchains, providing an open-source modular framework for building zero-knowledge proof (ZK) chains.
According to Ankr, this makes it easier for developers to customize and deploy scalable and secure independent Layer 2 chains for their decentralized applications. Ankr's customers can now use its RaaS to create dedicated blockchains for specific use cases, and the current deployment of Hyperchains is limited to test network environments.
